My name is Carolyn. I am twenty-five years old. I have been on the INTRAFITT program for the past seven weeks and I have never felt better in my entire life. This program, along with my INTRAFITT nutrition counselor and exercise instructor, has helped to lose weight, gain energy, and most notably, rid myself of the incapacitating monthly migraine headaches that have plagued me for my entire life.
Since I have been on INTRAFITT, I have not suffered through a single migraine headache and I do not find this at all coincidental.   "I had the will, but I didn’t know the way… Until I encountered INTRAFITT, and three special people!"
I was four feet, eleven inches tall and weighed a whopping 185 pounds! There was one word that I used to describe myself… "Disgusting". I knew that I had to change my attitude and outlook before anything else could change about my body. I took the mental and emotional steps necessary to be more positive and convince myself that I could make a difference.
Over the next twelve months, I lost more weight, but as always, I lost more lean muscle than body fat. I had reached a plateau and for months, no matter what I did, I wasn’t able to lose anymore weight.
A gym had recently opened in my area and I thought about joining,
but to be honest, the whole gym scene really intimidated me. Nevertheless, I
ventured in one day and luckily, a fitness consultant, perhaps the friendliest person I had ever imagined gave me a tour of the facility.
Because of her support and understanding, I felt very comfortable with the surroundings. Right there and then, I decided to enroll in a membership and register for the INTRAFITT six-week nutrition and exercise program that was presented to me as part of my membership package.
I didn’t fully understand what was involved with this program, I just knew that I needed to do something. What I realized, is that the INTRAFITT Program speaks for itself. You never feel hungry and you don’t have to eat foods that don’t appeal to you. I even learned how easy it is to order my meals in restaurants.
My INTRAFITT Counselor and Fitness Instructor was incredible,
inspirational, and knowledgeable individual! He taught me how to alter my thinking from "I think I can" to "I know I can". My workouts are fun, energizing and above all, intense… and that’s OK, because I’ve learned that if you want to change how you look and feel, you have to work hard at it!
More than anything, I’ve learned that whatever you set in your mind, you can achieve! For Me, a loss of four dress sizes, increased muscle tone and shape and feeling much better about myself has done wonders!

Two years ago I joined a gym weighing in at 230 pounds. At the age of 55, I was an out
of control insulin dependent Type I diabetic with high blood pressure, elevated
cholesterol, and chronic depression. I had pretty well decided that this was
how I would be for the rest of my life. I was using large doses of insulin
to keep my blood sugars in check and was eating out of control to satisfy
all my food cravings, with no thoughts of the implications. I was taking
anti-depressants to help regulate my mood swings, which were directly
related to my food indulgences.
My reason for joining the gym was to perform cardiovascular exercise to
help lower my blood sugar levels. Included in the membership were four
personal training sessions that introduced me to the INTRAFITT Nutrition and
Exercise Program. I initially resisted the INTRAFITT Program because I had
tried so many different diets in the past, which had always made me feel deprived,
starved and never enabled me to keep the weight off. The weight training
greatly improved my attitude towards the gym and I began to think that maybe
I should try the INTRAFITT Program. My husband, had his doubts because of my
past dieting experiences, but was supportive if I wanted to try again. Now he
is my biggest supporter!
My life has not been the same since beginning the INTRAFITT Program. I
was so afraid of failure, but the program was so easy to follow. Initially,
it took some time to acclimate to weighing, measuring and preparing the
food, but that part was short lived and I soon became very skilled at
preparing my meals without the scale and now preparing my meals is simply a
way of life so the effort was well worth it! Within a short time of following
INTRAFITT, my food cravings disappeared and I found myself eating the
appropriate portions of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats at every meal
throughout the day!
Everyday I found my energy levels increasing, and my body fat decreasing. My
mood swings improved to the point where I was able to stop taking my
anti-depressants. I was now feeling so positive about myself and my new
found faith in actively taking back my health and living a better life! My
clothes were too big and I was hearing from everyone around me how healthy
and happy I looked, which made a marked improvement in my self-confidence.
The daily workouts were no effort at all and I looked forward to going to
the gym. The weight training was so much better because I had learned to
strength train properly for the first time ever and enjoyed the challenges, as well as seeing the results. I did
my cardio the INTRAFITT way to get the maximum benefit in fat burning, which
also left me with more energy than when I started the workout.
The most exciting events for me were my visit with the diabetic
specialist and my first blood test results. After one year on the INTRAFITT
Program the test results showed that my blood sugars were in perfect
control, maybe a bit too low, so I should cut back on my insulin dose. I had
already gone from 4 injections a day to 2, more than 60 units of insulin a
day to 14. My blood pressure was normal, my cholesterol results were in the
low-normal range and my triglycerides were below the normal level - more
confirmation that the INTRAFITT Nutrition and Exercise Program is the very
best in the world!. It is not a diet but a wonderful lifestyle change that I will continue
for the rest of my life. There is an excitement in my life now that I have never
felt before and I encourage people who want to look forward to a healthier
life to adopt the INTRAFITT principles and them a part of their everyday
life!.
I love to eat and every diet I've
ever tried in the past required that I starve
myself to lose the weight. With INTRAFITT I can eat large portions of
food, with the right combinations of fats, protein and carbohydrates and

I have been involved in
fitness and training for nearly 20 years now. I had trained extensively in a
gym and done the same with cardiovascular work. Although I was always in
good shape I never imagined I could have the body of a figure competitor
until I changed my diet. After having many people ask me if I was getting
ready to compete, I finally decided that I had nothing to lose by trying a
competition since I was already working out so hard. I knew however, that if
I was really serious about getting in top shape I would have to change my
diet.
After researching various programs on an off the internet, I fina lly
decided that the INTRAFITT program made the most sense and was worth a shot.
This was no starvation diet, no buying someone else’s food, no magic pills,
and no surgical procedures. This was a real world; whole foods diet,
something that I could continue to follow after stepping off the stage while
still maintaining a competition quality physique year-round. I soon realized
that INTRAFITT is an educational program; a road map if you will to better
health and a long life! Consequently, I began following the specialized
diet that was set up specifically for my body’s particular needs.
I also began to incorporate the INTRAFITT exercise protocols and training

In closing; please keep in mind that INTRAFITT does not involve buying
pre-made or pre-packaged foods. It took me a bit to get used to weighing and
measuring the various foods in my meal plan whil e
learning different ways to prepare them. Nonetheless, I now have complete
control over my diet without ever having to rely on commercially prepared
meals or the cost that goes with them!
Incidentally, I'm a 45
year old mother of two and the one standing on the left! The girl who won
the competition is in the red suit and is 21 years old

I wanted to thank you for
creating the most scientific and effective nutrition and exercise lifestyle
ever developed! I now truly believe that the
INTRAFITT Program
is unmatched worldwide!
I recently started applying
the INTRAFITT LifeStyle and since then, my life has literally changed in a
number of different ways.
Although I have always been
somewhat aware of what I eat from day to day, the INTRAFITT LifeStyle, has
revealed a number of deficiencies that I could never have identified on my
own. In fact, within the first 90 days of complying with the INTRAFITT
LifeStyle I went from 24% body fat to 12%! This was
a total loss in body fat of more than 20 lbs. and an increase
of more than 27 lbs of
lean mass!

Although my bodyweight increased
from 166lbs. to 174lbs. my athletic ability also increased dramatically. At
the end of the 90 day period, I ran
the
Park
City
Marathon
in less than 4 hours (3:59:17).
It was my very first marathon as I had never run a race of that magnitude
before (only one 5k race
several years before). I then went on to drop
another 3% body fat (down to 9% body fat), yet still gained an additional 4
lbs of lean mass! To me, this was unheard of!
Further, my resting heart rate as well as my training heart rate dropped
considerably from 160bpm average (while trotting very slowly; 12 mph pace in
the beginning)
to below 130bpm while running an average of 7:52 mile pace.
Although I’ve always been an
occasional participant in various sports activities, the INTRAFITT LifeStyle
has given me the ability to attain a level of health, fitness and
performance that I never thought was possible! Now I
compete on a regular basis in more rigorous sports such as basketball,
cycling, mountain biking, weight lifting, water sports and snow skiing!
I recently turned 50 years
old; I
have 3 boys under the age of 10 (which requires all of the energy that I can
muster) and I have to tell you, because of the INTRAFITT LifeStyle, I have
never been in better shape in my entire life!

My name is Tyler and this is my INTRAFITT story. I officially started my
INTRAFITT diet and exercise program on June 7, 2000. I was 168 pounds with 14% body fat. That translates to 24 pounds of fat and 144 pounds of lean body mass. To most that might not seem to bad, but let me give you a little history.
Since I can remember I have always been chubby, as a baby, as a teenager and as a young adult, no matter how hard or long that I trained I could not get lean. I have played a large variety of sports ranging from triathlons to gymnastics to football and always some degree of weight lifting. In my late teens I began to realize
the large importance that nutrition played in athletic performance and physical appearance.
It was at that point that my quest for nutritional knowledge began. It became my hobby and obsession. I read everything that I could on the subject; finding each book I read would simply contradict the other. This became very frustrating indeed, but undaunted I continued to read and began to become certified by some of the larger personal trainer certification agencies in hopes of answering my questions.
None did this like the INTRAFITT program. Using scientific research and
practical application I was able to obtain my best results ever. I lost 7% body
fat in 10 weeks! This translates to a loss of 12 pounds of body fat with a gain
of 12 pounds of muscle. My scale weight never changed, but my body composition
changed completely.
I have since given up my career to work as a personal trainer, teaching
other people the principles and applications that I learned by becoming an
INTRAFITT Certified Technician. I have also recently done a photo shoot
for a calendar, were I lowered my body fat to 4.9%, my own personal best!
I can say without a doubt that my life has been completely changed by
the INTRAFITT Program and I recommend any one who is looking to make significant
