Proper Weight Training Applications

INTRAFITT WEIGHT TRAINING APPLICATIONS

Specific INTRAFITT Weight Training Applications have been developed to help you maximize the effectiveness of your current and/or recommended weight-training program, while minimizing your time spent in the fitness center.

The three primary applications that you will learn from your personal online INTRAFITT Nutrition & Exercise Coach include the following:

  • PROPER HUMAN BIOMECHANICS
    (prevents injury and minimizes exercise time)
    Proper positioning of the joint-angles of the skeletal system, integrated to help maximize the workload (weight) being applied to any given muscle or group of muscles.

  • FULL RANGE CONTRACTIONS
    (maximizes rate of muscle tone and strength)
    Conscious muscular contractions applied to a specific muscle or group of muscles throughout the entire full range of motion, integrated to help maximize the force generating capacity of the buscle being trained.


  • ANATOMICAL FOCUS POINTS
    (isolates individual muscles thus increasing shape and definition)
    Specific pushing and pulling points on the body, used to help minimize the integration of auxiliary muscle groups thereby enhancing the isolation of the specific muscle being trained.
