Proper Calorie Intake at Each Meal
Too many calories eaten at a meal programs the body to store fat.

Calorie Restriction
(such as with any "Commercial Diet Program") at any given meal and/or
throughout the day, causes low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia)
thus increasing the body's desire to conserve energy resulting in
escalated body fat, sugar cravings, snacking and low energy levels
throughout the day and especially before, during and after exercise.
