One of the best ways to spend less time in the kitchen is to have a collection of surefire recipes and meal ideas that are so easy you can prepare them in your sleep (but please don't!).
The secret to a good recipe begins with the choice of ingredients. If you are an INTRAFITT Member please refer to page 17 of your Daily Fitness Planner and refer to Class 1 Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats. It is within these Whole Natural food ingredients that the most effective and bioavailable balance of singular nutrients and nutrient profiles exist.
If you truly want to "Re-Program" your body to be fit and lean for the rest of your life, it is in your best interest to select meal plans and recipes from the above chosen sources that will coincide with the use of whole natural food ingredients as often as possible.
As an INTRAFITT Member, you are more than welcome to send the nutrition information of any ingredient that you would like to add to a meal plan (using your Nutrition Coach "Expert" Software) that is not currently available in the INTRAFITT Exchange Database. Simply send the serving size along with the calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats (per serving) to firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will add your desired ingredient within 24 hours.
Finally, in an effort to be as successful as possible with complying to your INTRAFITT Recommended Nutrition Plan, do your very best to prepare all of your meals for the day either early that morning or the previous night before you go to bed.
