WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE "PHONE COACHING" OPTION AND THE
"DO IT YOURSELF" OPTION?
The " Do It Yourself" Program has been created
specifically for individuals who have a fundamental working background in
Dietetics and Adaptive Exercise. If you do not have this level of
background experience, it is highly advised that you consider a Hands-On
approach or the Phone Coaching Program so that a trained and experienced
Technician can guide you through the set-up process and be sure you understand
the "Six
Elements Of Fitness!" Ultimately, the only difference between
the Phone Coaching Option and the "Do It Yourself" Option
is that with the “Do It Yourself” option you will not engage with a Certified
INTRAFITT Phone Coach beyond your initial Nutrition
& Fitness Consultation.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I FIND THAT I NEED THE ASSISTANCE OF A PHONE COACH?
If at any time after you register for the “Do It Yourself” Program, you
would like assistance, you may retain a Certified
Phone Coach to help you overcome any fitness plateaus or any issues or
concerns that you may have with your Nutrition and/or Exercise plan.
ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES INCLUDED WITH THE DO IT YOURSELF OPTION?
With the exception of an
INTRAFITT
Daily Fitness Planner, there are no additional products or accessories
included with the "Do It Yourself" program. If you would like to purchase
additional products and accessories however, you may do so at the
INTRAFITT
Online Pro Shop.
IS THERE BASIC TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE INCLUDED WITH THE DO IT YOURSELF OPTION?
Yes. If you have any questions or problems concerning pas words, log in access,
connection problems or navigation issues, you may send your queries to
memberservices@intrafitt.com and an
INTRAFITT Technical Representative will assist you.
GETTING STARTED
To get started with the
"Do It Yourself"
program go to
Do
It Yourself Nutrition & Exercise Program
and make your purchase. Once your purchase is complete you will
receive a "Welcome Letter" and then
proceed directly to completing your Personal
Profile Forms. Once completed, you will immediately submit
your Personal Profile Forms online and
within less than one minute receive access to your own
INTRAFITT Individualized Nutrition and Exercise
Program and our Expert Software System.
The "Expert Software" will allow you to create, add, edit and delete your
custom built meals and exercise plans 24/7!
You will also receive a request (via email) from
INTRAFITT Inc. to schedule and confirm your initial nutrition and fitness
consultation with a Live Certified INTRAFITT Master Technician.
Details concerning this consultation will be provided to you in the email.
