Interestingly enough, Americans spend approximately 7.5 hours each day watching television and more than 150 Billion dollars each year on Fast Food!  Collectively, that equates to more money than what Americans spend on houses, cars and furniture each year combined!

Nevertheless, time constraints are now thought to be an underlying cause of the sedentary LifeStyle perpetuating today's society.   Furthermore, it has now been shown  that poor eating habits combined with a sedentary LifeStyle are perhaps the two most common factors associated with the escalation of chronic and degenerative disease throughout the world!

It seems ironic however, that with all of the substantiated studies provided by JAMA (Journal of American Medical Association), the world population isn't more receptive to the importance of adopting a healthy eating and exercise regime. Unfortunately, the gross magnitude of studies doesn't seem to have had the affect on changing people's behavior as previously anticipated.

If you ask anyone who has been sedentary for years, why they don't exercise, they will often reply…."lack of time".   Although the mechanics of eating healthy and exercising regularly seem quite simple, the actual process can become vastly arduous especially if you don't know how to eat and exercise effectively for your own metabolic structure. This in of itself may reveal the underlying problem as having the ability to find available time to learn how to adopt a new and effective LifeStyle™".

Now, you can achieve your desired Health and Fitness goals while attaining the same level of preeminent INTRAFITT Nutrition and Exercise counseling and guidance in the convenience of your own home or office.

All you need is ;

  • A desired health and fitness goal
  • A willingness to overcome challenges
  • A minimum of three hours per week to exercise
  • The ability to eat a minimum of four meals per day
  • A computer with internet access and CD Rom
  • A telephone that you can use while you are online
  • 30-60 Minutes each week for 6-12 weeks depending on your current level of fitness and desired fitness goals

WHAT IS INVOLVED AND WHAT MATERIALS DO I GET WHEN I REGISTER TO THE PHONE COACHING PROGRAM?
Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive an introductory welcome letter from a certified INTRAFITT Phone Coaching Technician. Your Technician will need information on your availability during the week in order to set up and confirm your phone coaching appointments.

Your initial phone coaching session will last approximately 60-90 minutes and will cover the following items:

  • Discussion of Your Desired Health & Fitness Goals
  • Review of Your Past and Current Eating and Exercise  Habits.
  • Review of Your Beginning and Desired Level of Fitness.
  • Review of Your Customized Dietary, Supplemental and Exercise Guidelines.
  • Learning How to Navigate your INTRAFITT Online Nutrition and Exercise Coach
  • Learning How to Properly Complete Your Nutrition and Exercise Record Journal.
  • Review Six Elements Of Fitness Checklist
  • Developing Your New INTRAFITT LifeStyle.
You will also receive the following products and accessories within 3-5 business days after completing the registration process.
  • INTRAFITT Thermal Food Bag
  • An INTRAFITT Daily Fitness Planner
  • Instructional Strength Training CD
  • Micro Energy Releasing Formula
  • Food Scale with 6.5 lb capacity

WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME INTRAFITT TECHNICIAN?
Not necessarily.  Although every effort is made to ensure that the same Technician is available to work with a client throughout the entire duration of their selected Phone Coaching Package, an occasional situation may arise where we feel that a "Specialist" Technician should intervene to better appropriate a specific client's needs. 

In most cases however, once an INTRAFITT technician is assigned to a phone-coaching client, he/she is obligated to work with that client throughout the duration of his/her phone coaching package.

WHAT IF MY PHONE COACHING APPOINTMENT TAKES LONGER THAN IT IS SUPPOSED TO? 

Your certified Phone Coach is much more interested in your ability to achieve and maintain your desired health and fitness goals than spending a few extra minutes on the phone with you.

If however, your phone coaching session runs a bit longer than it is supposed to, your phone coach will likely suggest that you address the most important questions first and retain the others until your next scheduled session.


WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION THAT COMES UP EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER MY SCHEDULED PHONE COACHING SESSION?
Remember, your Technician's objective is to teach you as much as possible within the time frame of the phone coaching package that you purchase. Depending on the nature of your question, you may want to write it down so that you can discuss it at your next scheduled appointment. If however, you have a pressing question that needs immediate attention, you are encouraged to complete a Client Evaluation Form and email it to your Certified Technician and he/she will reply as soon as possible.


WHAT IF I AM LATE OR MISS AN APPOINTMENT?
Much like a doctors appointment, you must always do your best to meet with your Technician at the agreed upon scheduled time as he/she has other clients that will be calling for their appointments as well. If you find yourself running late well before your scheduled phone coaching appointment, you should call your Technician ahead of time to find out if you can adjust your meeting time to appropriate your schedule. If you miss an appointment, but gave your Technician 24 hours advance notice (via fax or email), you will not be charged for the missed appointment. If however, you miss an appointment without giving 24 hour advance notice, it is up to your Technician to decide as to whether or not to charge you for the missed appointment.

HOW WILL MY TECHNICIAN BE ABLE TO TEACH ME PROPER STRENGTH TRAINING APPLICATIONS?
As mentioned earlier, you will receive an instructional strength training video CD that you can play in your computer or adaptable headset as often as you like. Your Technician however, will direct you to the exercises on the CD that correspond with the same or similar exercises recommended in your INTRAFITT strength training program.

 

Furthermore, throughout your Phone Coaching package, your Certified Technician will ask you specific questions pertaining to the various strength training applications presented on the Video CD to be certain that you are understanding and applying the various techniques effectively and that your strength training sessions are as productive as possible.

 

This method of evaluating strength training techniques has been proven to be very effective while offering clients a tremendous amount of versatility and skill in the weight room.
