Aside from the automatic inclusion of a “One-Hour” Nutrition & Fitness Consultation (which should be integrated into every baseline membership sold at your facility), there are three various  Six Week “Results Driven” Packages (RDPs) for potential and existing members to pick and choose from. 

 

Each one-hour session proceeding the initial “One-Hour” Nutrition & Fitness Consultation may consist of three, twenty-minute segments as follows;

 

 

 

 

 

  •  20 minutes/Nutrition Counseling: Includes creative meal planning, food exchanges, ordering meals in restaurants, review of Daily Fitness Planner and  body composition analysis.

  • 20 minutes/Circuit Strength Training: Provides instruction of up to six varying strength training exercises (Utilizing Circuits and Machines) enabling the entire body to achieve maximum tone and muscularity.

  • 20 minutes /Cardiovascular Conditioning: Teaches members efficient acquisition of training sensitive zone and maintenance of Sub-Maximal Lactate Threshold to achieve optimal fat loss in the least amount of time. Question and answer session with client may resume during this time.

SAMPLE PRICE STRUCTURES

Upon completion of a FITT Series Package, all participants (if you so choose) will receive access to their own  Online INTRAFITT Individualized Nutrition & Exercise  software program for the duration of their enrollment at your facility . Participant’s will also receive one complimentary Progress Evaluation* each month with a certified INTRAFITT Technician.

*Progress Evaluations consist of a structured questionnaire designed to evaluate dietary and exercise related symptoms, compliance and related issues and includes a body composition analysis.

*Services and rates may vary and are dependent on labor costs, program charges, and desired profit margins according to the  discretion of Facility Management.

The INTRAFITT Program Director and Consultant Sales Training Course is a one-day class designed to ensure that your Fitness Director, Facility Manager  and Sales Consultants' are fully trained and enthusiastic towards selling nutrition and personal training services at point of sale and during membership renewals.  These unique presentation skills will immediately identify your facility and staff as being among the most elite professionals in your region.

 

Upon attainment of these powerful skills, your Sales Consultants will be able to sell more nutrition programs, personal training, and membership contracts than you ever imagined!

 

Suggested pay scales, incentive programs and bonuses for your fitness staff as well as sales and marketing strategies, performance spreadsheets and usage of member tracking programs and reports are also included as part of this training.

           

*An effective Fitness Program Director is typically an individual who possesses business management skills and has a working background in nutrition counseling and personal training.

 


The Fitness Consultant Management Training Course provides a workbook, online support training materials and an online exam to determine the level of comprehension acquired by your consultants before engaging in actual fitness assessments with your members.

The six-day INTRAFITT University Level Clinical and Sports Nutrition  and Advanced Exercise Physiology Certification Courses teach students the necessary skills needed to ensure the immediate and long-term success of their clients (regardless of their desired health and fitness objective).  These skills include individual nutrition & fitness assessment procedures, data acquisition and conversion, body composition testing, dietary planning and development, food exchanges and weekly evaluations and troubleshooting applications

 

Further, a conceptual understanding of the “Applied Sciences” (including proper biomechanics, full range contractions and anatomical focal points) of strength training as well as injury prevention protocol is also part of this comprehensive training program.

In order to initiate your INTRAFITT License/Franchise and confirm installation dates, certification workshops, and expedite training and promotional materials, the items listed below must be addressed and finalized with an INTRAFITT Technical Program Supervisor in order to complete your INTRAFITT License/Franchise Transaction.

RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

 

The following hardware and office equipment is a required part of the INTRAFITT Installation setup procedure and must be in place prior to the scheduled installation dates in order to ensure the immediate success of your INTRAFITT Nutrition and Fitness Business.

 

  • A private enclosed office or area for one-on-one counseling is required and must be equipped with the following items;


 

  • IBM Compatible hard drive with 256 MB of RAM (min.), 40 GB (or higher) internet access (cable or DSL required - Dial Up Connection NOT recommended) and CD rom drive.

  • 15 inch color monitor

  • Ink jet or laser jet color printer (900-dpi minimum)              

  • Body weight scale

  • Desk with filing cabinet drawers

Hardware and Office Requirement costs are additional and have not been factored into the installation cost.  Total Hardware costs range from approximately $1500.00 - $2000.00 if purchased new.
