ABOUT THE AUTHOR

At 10 years of age, Bill began weight training and won his first bodybuilding competition by age 17. At age 20 he was awarded 3rd place at the 1985 National Bodybuilding championships in Miami FL. He then went on to win another 26 Bodybuilding Championships throughout his competitive career, ending with a 5th place award at the 1995 USA Bodybuilding Championships in Colorado. At the peak of his competitive career, Bill was undoubtedly, one of the strongest men alive!

Today, Bill is the President / CEO and Founder of the INTRAFITT Corporation, established in California in 1992. Since its inception, Bill has been directly responsible for the development, growth, and profitability of the company and with no college education, epitomizes an autodidactic individual. For more than 25 years, Bill has studied the Health Sciences and has attended numerous seminars and conferences presented by some of the most prestigious research scientists and physicians in the world. Bill has also actively counseled people from all walks of life on Health, Fitness and Performance including professional athletes, celebrities and people suffering from various types of chronic and degenerative disease; including Type I and Type II Diabetes, Diverticulosis, Crohn's, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD), Coronary Heart Disease and many others. In 1993, Bill became the Director of Research and Development for the foundational concepts and applications that would soon become the core components of the INTRAFITT Individualized Nutrition & Exercise Program. To date, more than 35,000 people worldwide have utilized the INTRAFITT Program successfully, many of whom have gone on to become Certified INTRAFITT Technicians themselves. INTRAFITT research is founded on dietary and exercise neuroendocrinology and focuses on the influential effects that food and exercise have on the major regulatory systems of the human body.

In 1996, Bill created an Advanced Level, Fitness Instructor Certification enabling Licensed and Allied Health Care Professionals to become certified and teach the concepts and applications associated with the INTRAFITT Individualized Nutrition & Exercise Program.

To date, Bill has installed the INTRAFITT Program in more than 150 Health & Fitness Facilities throughout the United Sates, Canada, Mexico, and Guatemala and has installations tentatively scheduled for Asia, Japan, Australia, and Spain.
